Another "winning" letter!

My blog post on 19 December 2011, “An ode to the to-be-mothers of the world”, refers: I wrote a little piece around the end of October on just how breathtaking Adel looked during her pregnancy. I subsequently sent it in to Your Pregnancy magazine as I thought that this was some of my best work and hoped that I could get another mention in a magazine. After a long wait and no word from the magazine I eventually decided to just post it on our blog. Can’t say that I wasn’t a little dejected but at least it was read and appreciated by the people close to me... and the one person that really mattered.

We received the latest issue of Your Pregnancy magazine yesterday and lo and behold...

Please note: The magazine decided to change some of the wording in my letter. Please refer to my blog post on 19 December 2011 for the original version as it was sent to the magazine. I still prefer my original wording.
